  7. nasira yung remote control namin sa sobrang kalumaan,may tinawagan kami sa inyo, bakit gusto pa kmi bentahan ng bagong remote? hindi ba libre na yun, sa sobrang tagal na namin subscriber..

  10. We lost our cable connection saturday. It so happened na may sky servicemen in the area to fix another subscriber's connection. Unfortunately they refused to fix our connection kasi kelangan raw muna namin mag-request ng service aa customer care para ma-log raw. Hello? Nandun na sila! Anong klaseng customer service yan? Worse, we tried contacting cust care -- phone number, Text to mobile number, Email. Wala. Dedma. We cant even get through to their phone line. Walang sumagot sa text, or sa email. Worst cust service in the archipelago, not just among cable companies but among all utility companies.

  11. bakit ganun, yung dating global destiny cable ko nalipat na sa sky cable tapos ngayon wala naman akong mapanood kahit na updated bayad ko, baka naman gumagawa kayo ng hokus pokus dyan, sayang naman at kababayad ko lang tapos next month maniningil kayo kahit hindi ko naman nagamit!

  13. bakit ganun?! dati kasi nag-papadaLa pa ng notice ng bilL via cabLe sa TV pero ngayOn waLa na?! i mean yung message na nag-aapear sa TV at dun mo na din mababasa sa TV mo mismo.. ano nangyare!?! sa una Lang paLa magaLing ang sky cabLe?! hmp?? haaays! at ngayOn waLa kami signaL dahiL siguro my nasira sa cabLe Line dito samin and I'm trying to calL the costumer care Globe number na nandito sa site pero waLa naman sumasagot it just keep on ringing but NO ANSWER kahit na 5times na ako tumatawag! it's soOo useLess!!
